    70’s - 80’s Vintage Rema Tip Top Innertube Abrasion Tool. Condition is "Used". Some rust, stains and scratches. Used it alot back when we regularly patched most tubes in the shop. Still can use it when patches are done, like on sew-ups, thorn resistant tubes and wheelbarrow tubes. Much easier to use than sandpaper. Made in West Germany. Shipped with USPS First Class.
