    These adjustable genuine leather shin plus instep guards have a great fit and are very comfortable. They are give you full coverage of your shins and instep, part top of foot.
    Highlights of this product include:
    1)  Made of Genuine Leather
    2)  Shin & Instep pads are made of high density foam and can take very hard impact.
    3)  The instep pad is attached with velcro and can be removed if you just want shin protection (see 2nd pic)
    4)  Shinpad is secured with two elastic velcro straps in the back and the instep pad has an elastic strap to secure it to your foot.
    Works great for Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training, TKD, Karate, Krav Maga, Self Defense training, etc.
