48-piece Self-Vulcanizing Rubber Bicycle Patch Refill Kit, Round size 25mm (~26mm actual, ~20mm inner)
.  Includes patches only; cement and sandpaper are not included.
These self-vulcanizing patches are suitable for bicycle tube patch repair.
For use with rubber-repair cement.
Tube surface should be lightly sanded before application, and cement allowed to fully dry.  It is recommended to always carry two tubes of cement in case the open tube dries out.  Open tubes can be kept fresh longer by applying a doubled piece of plastic wrap over the nozzle before capping.  Construct your patch kit out of a hard container to protect contents from damage, such as an Altoids tin secured with rubber bands.
Note:  Protective film can prevent patches from stretching inside of the tube.  Once patch is adhered, removal of film is recommended.  To prevent lifting of the patch, film can be peeled from the inside outward after creating a break in the film by flexing the patch.  Carefully scoring film with a sharp blade can help.  If film does not come off easily, it is best to leave it in place.
