All in basically new condition. The Set includes the triple mag insert with 3 mag pouch inserts. It is missing the hook and loop field to make it more comfortable if you use as a chest rig. Haley Strategic sells a pad for the back which is far superior to the standard hook and loop field. But it runs on a Plate Carrier just fine without either, which is how I had it set up.
