Elastic cummerbund Chest Rig, T Rex Arms style, Crownarms Minuteman Chest Rig.
This chest rig is made out of the most robust of materials.  The elastic is even strong enough to support sidearms, weapon light is recommended for retention. The elastic is also woven, not knitted.
This is a chest rig built for use at a moments notice. All it takes are two straps to swim into and a velcro/elastic cummerbund. Built for 5 AR mags, 2 pistol mags and 2 medical or large radio size pouches. All slots in the cummerbund now have tabs on the top to make re-indexing items much easier, see second photo for example.  It is a beautiful minimalist design that fits tight to the body and can be easily adjusted to nearly any body type.
