Bokashi is a wonderful medium that assists in restoring balance to our environment in many ways.  Two main factors that we promote is the benefits it has in Composting and Feeding.
Composting:

Composting: sprinkle 1 cup of Bokashi Microbes on the bottom of air tight composting container. Start adding food to container. Every 2-3 inches of food sprinkle 1 cup of Bokashi in container. Later food and Bokashi until container is full. During process of fermentation compost tea can be drained and used to water plants in a 1:1000 ratio with water.  After 3 weeks of compost fermenting you can bury your compost matter in your garden under 1 ft of soil. In 2 weeks your soil will be highly nutritious and ready for plants.
Feeding:
